BigMenace Well, The Consumer Electronic Show has just wrapped up day one (better yet, I am wrapping up), and there is information coming in from everywhere. It is hard to keep up with so much information but here are some highlights that we would like to point from all of the electronic goodness. Most of today's news has been tablets, tablets, tablets. We won't go into the tablet news right away. We thought that we would start out with some other news.

The company Razer has built a little device that just might be a little slice of gaming heaven for PC gamers. The Switchblade is a mini netbook that will be running oin an Intel dual-core atom platform. Video of the device seems to show the device running very smoothly. Another potential bid seller would be that the game is shown to be running World of Warcraft. I know a few people that will snatch up this miniature gaming laptop
Next up, there is a new mode for the Eye-Fi wireless SD cards for digital cameras. This new Eye-Fi direct mode allows the user to take a picture on their digital camera and the images automatically uploads to tablets for editing. The tablet that was useed in the Engadget video utilized the Samsung Galaxy Tab. From what we can see so far, the entire set-up works nicely.
Last but not least, there are the tablets, tablets, tablets. ASUS has relased several new tables with various form factors.
ASUS has developed tablets that have slide out keyboards, there is a twelve inch keyboard with a laptop dock, and a Windows 7 Tablet with a Wacom digitizer.
Motorola has released their Xoom tablet. We have seen various secret photos and teaser videos show on the net, but now we now have a clear picture of what this device really is. Cnet has managed to bring us a hands on video that shows a the Motorola Xoom in action. Well, not that much action but there is video.
And that CES 2011 wrap-up. I am sure that there are more great gadgets that did not make the cut, but there will be more new trickling in as we get it. Plus, there are three more days of CES 2011 left.
