Eric Donald The Flavor Profile has been out of commission for a very long time. Partly because of a commitment to finishing a culinary arts program. Now that I have completed the course, it is time, as my head instructor puts it, to continue the learning process. So as I attempt to become a culinary artist I have taken the time to evaluate some of my weaknesses.
